So i got started 41 days ago with a weight loss contest with some friends . I was at my heaviest point and it gave me a reason to try it . Now I am feeling better about myself and can't wait to hit my goal of dropping 50lbs . Then I will decide if I should drop more I have a large frame and play alot of street and ice hockey i feel if I get under 200 i will feel to small..... another goal is to finally see my abs I know they are there because they have been burning

    Hi, I was interested to see how you'd achieved it so looked at your food diary. Apart from a few grapes every few days I can't see any fruit or veg in there. So you simply not list them?

    I list everything I eat or drink except water about a gallon a day. I don't like veggies and that has always been my problem I have been doing a lot of chicken and steak and for once in my life I don't over eat . I do love fruit so as it gets hotter I will be eating more of it I just don't crave it when it's not hot out.

    Also been exercising almost everyday either 2 hrs at the gym doing 90 min cardio and 30 min working abs and body weight workouts or I play 1 to 2 hrs of hockey
