hi all, as the subject says....i'm back!!
i havent been here for a good 9 months and unfortunatly as a result i'm back to where i started :(
i've had a really rough 7 months and i'm ready to start seriously loosing the weight. i've managed to maintaine the weight over the last month so thankfully dont have the extra weight to loose but still all horrible to loose.
i'm hoping that being on this website again, bloggin (or at least trying!!) and writting down what i eat and exercise then it will fingers crossed give me the extra push i need to shift the lbs!!
also hoping that a support system on here will help???!!

    Welcome back! I'm just now coming back too... I know it's probably been that long or longer since I was here last. I've semi-maintained. I'm definitely not back to my biggest, but have a long way to go... again.
