Freezing Grapes?

Has anyone tried this before?
My friend's sister told me that she had some grapes frozen in the freezer and she gave me a couple to snack on.
They were so delicious, they tasted like little mini popsicles!
So I looked it up and here's how you do it.
1. You go buy any grapes you desire.
2. Store them in a zip-lock bag.
3. Place the bag in the freezer and wait 3-4 hours.
4. Get the bag out of the freezer and enjoy.
I honestly think this will be a GREAT treat for warm days! ^^

I tried, and hated them. They lost all their 'crunch', started to defrost pretty quickly and turned to mush.
I was praying they'd work for me, because I don't like to eat fruit or veg that's been around any very long, but...not for me.0 -
I've been eating these since I was a kid. They are AMAZING!0

I think the reason why you don't eat those types of food is due to your taste buds changing. It's a trait everyone has, so who knows, you might like them again someday.I tried, and hated them. They lost all their 'crunch', started to defrost pretty quickly and turned to mush.

Best wash them and then remove them from the stems...then when you fancy something sweet pop one in your mouth. Great to curb a sweet craving!0

I always wash my fruit before eating it. I just think it gives them a more of a moist to them.Best wash them and then remove them from the stems...then when you fancy something sweet pop one in your mouth. Great to curb a sweet craving!0 -

i LOVE frozen grapes, i dont like fresh grapes, and dont like raisins unless i make them myself at home in the dehydrator and they were black grapes. but frozen, i can eat any and all grapes. they are soooo sweet and juicy and cold and soooo yummy.0

I love frozen grapes and for an extra treat, which isn't too unhealthy surprisingly, I will sometimes add a bit of chocolate to them and then freeze because a bit of melted choc goes a long way.0

Frozen grapes are my FAVORITE snack at home.
I'm so excited to go home from school and have a freezer for the summer to eat them!
They take a while to eat also since if you bite them you'll get that annoying brain freeze feeling

taste's like Banana ice cream. Yum !!!0 -

My problem with frozen grapes is that women's magazines (Glamour, Shape, etc.) always recommend them as an alternative to sweets. You want ice cream, pie, chocolate cake....then snack on some frozen grapes cuz it's practically the same thing.
In no world are frozen grapes and cake the same thing - they're not on the same planet.
They're tasty but they're still grapes....that are cold.0 -
I am sitting here eating frozen grapes and what do I find.... yes, they are great. I put some aside last night and brought them with me to work. Left them in the freezer until I was ready for them.0
