Has anyone tried this? I got it off the web, it's from the abs diet. I wrote down the recipe but can't find the website from which I got it from. Anyways the recipe goes as follows:

Belly Busting Smoothie

3/4 cup instant oatmeal (nuked)
3/4 cup skim milk
3/4 cup mixed frozen berries
2 tsp. whey protein powder
ice cubes

Blend all ingredients and enjoy for breakfast. DO NOT add sugar or artificial sweetner.:drinker:

  • Nuked is slang for preparing food in the microwave. Sorry about that.:indifferent: The oatmeal should be the quick oats. Quaker Oats (quick 1 minute oats). Im going to try this. Hope it works.:flowerforyou:
