    It is always safe to pick a tiny old lady. If she doesn't tickle back, you can try feeding her instead or convince her to watch a Turkish soap opera with you.

    I suppose that would work, although it would depend on what you're doing with the Turkish soap operas....she might start beating you with her handbag....
