What are your favorite recipes for canning Salsa? I've never canned any, but I'm going to give it a try

    fresh tomato
    bell pepper
    onion
    garlic
    jalapeno (when i make it hot)
    cucumber (occasionally)
    salsa seasoning packet mix (when in a hurry ... otherwise create my own)
