Today's challenge is:
Jumping Jacks - 200
Crunches - 75
Sit-ups - 25
Do as many as you can and you can do them any style you want.
The important thing is that you try to so them.
My challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as calisthenics.

I did the jumping jacks and crunches yesterday. Still struggling with the sit ups - am now up to 3.0
