    Wow! You seriously look ten years younger

    Now, this is an interesting point - quite a few people have said this, and I remember one of my concerns at losing so much weight being that it would age me (full face = youth and all that). But quite a few people have commented; food for thought :)

    Again, thank you all so very much. I've been a bit overwhelmed to the response to this; and a large part of that is my mind still adjusting to people complimenting me on my weight. I mean, I perceived it to be the worst thing about me - my body was something to dislike, rather than celebrate. Lovely as celebrating it is, it still takes some getting used to; which is part my reason why I'm here. Adjustment takes time :)

    I'm the same height and starting weight as you (although my heaviest was a stone higher) and my provisional goal is 150 - seeing your photos is a very welcome and timely reminder that my goal is achievable if I keep working at it.
