Crackers

Has anyone found a cracker that is healthy? I would love to have a few crackers with tuna or cheese for snack but most the ones I have found seem so high in carbs. I'm just not willing to use that many carbs for a cracker.

I like the Kashi pita crisps. I looked for crackers for the same reason as you, to eat with tuna. After looking at the labels in the grocery store these had the best stats. With my tuna I eat the original 7 grain and for 11 crisps its 120 calories with 5 grams of fiber and 3 grams of protein but I also like the zesty ones as well.0

Great, I love the Kashi products, these are probably good also. I will get some and give them a try.
Thank you!0 -

crunch master gluten free crackers from costco!
15 cracker= 130 cals
80 grams of sodium !!0 -
I eat the special K crackers. You get 24 of them per serving. I usually cut the serving in half and have a laughing cow cheese wedge. I'm not sure what the carbs are off hand, but I know it ends up being around 100 calories for the snack and it's very tasty. Kashi crackers are yummy, as well!
I grabbed the box:
PER 24 CRACKERS
Calories 120
Fat 3g
Carbs 23g (3g fiber, 6g sugar)
Protein 3g0 -
I used to eat wheat thins multigrain, until I found out I was allergic to half the ingredients0

Rice crackers are tasty and pretty low in calories!0

You can make your own. These crackers are pure protein (with maybe a little carbs on the side). I haven't tried them, but the reviews are good..

Don't know about "healthy" per se, but I am kinda picky. I don't eat each much bread, nor crackers. But, I do eat tuna and cheese with crackers - is one of my mainstay meals. I go between a couple, depending on my mood. Wheat Thins Toasted Chips - Multrigrain. Triscuit Hint of Salt. Carr's Whole Wheat Crackers.0

Fiber Gourmet can be ordered online. They are high fiber so the effective carbs are low. And about 80 calories for 32 grams. Lower than any cracker I have seen at the store. Taste is okay but if you putting tuna on you prolly won't taste the cracker anyways.0

4- Triscuits Hint of Salt, and a slice of Swiss cheese
divided into 4 pieces. Top Triscuits with Swiss!
160- calories
83- Sodium
14- Carbs
Great little snack.
BTW, there's only 10 less calories in the orignal Triscuits,
but they also have 180mg sodium! Hint of Salt only
has 50mg of sodium. (serving size 6 crackers)0
