Cheesy chicken & broccoli bake


191 calories, 22carbs, 5 fat, 15 protein, 2 fiber

10 oz grilled chicken (cooked and cubed)
4 oz Penne Pasta
½ cup fat free chicken broth
2 oz fat free cream cheese
1 cup low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup bread crumbs
1 TBSP minced garlic

Preheat oven to 375
Cook pasta, add broccoli to the last 5 min of cooking
Cook chicken if not already cooked, add chicken broth and garlic, let simmer for 5 minutes
Stir in cream cheese and ½ cup of mozzarella, let melt.
Drain pasta and broccoli and add to chicken mixture, toss to coat
Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish and cook covered for 20 minutes
Top with remaining mozzarella and bread crumbs and let brown for 5 – 10 minutes

Makes 8 servings

Great with a salad and garlic/parmesan bread

    WHEN I PUT SOME IN A BOWL TO BRING TO WORK WITH ME I ADDED SOME SPINACH TO MAKE IT XTRA HEALTHY...
    MY FAMILY DID NOT LIKE IT SO WELL EVEN WITHOUT SPINACH
    STILL TRYING TO GET THE VEGTABLE PHOBIC FAMILY TO EAT BETTER:laugh:

    I made something similar but I am pretty sure this would probably taste sooooo much better than what I made. I definitely need to try this :)

    Just added it up myself using DOUBLE the amount of pasta and and it came to only 177 cal per serve. :)

    Remember to add it up yourself because all ingredients are different.
