I'm going to have to say Hiking... Today, like many other times, I got home from from hiking and ended up dancing around the house for 1/2hr because I was so full of energy :happy:0

What a great thread topic! Anything intense makes me feel amazing when I'm done.
A good, outdoor run - makes me feel like I can go anywhere, and I love the connection with nature
Heavy lifting - makes me feel powerful and confident
Zumba - makes me feel sexy, and is so much fun!0 -
Ahhh... I hear the percussion, that swaying latin beat....my foot begins to move to the sounds that blended together have a strong latin beat. Oh yeah, I'm talking about Zumba! I love it. The music itself makes me want to dance. And before I know it I'm sweating, heart pumping strong as I joing the Zumba dancers. It is the wildest ever. I don't even feel like I'm exercising. It's the best feeling. And then, it's over. Sadly my party is over. I ABSOLUTELY love it.
I also love to hike and bike riding. There is nothing better than getting away from the ho-hum day to day life and see the greenery, animals and nature. It's the best. Living in Florida I simply love checking out the gators, deer, our wild rabbits all while walking through woods or forests. It's awesome. I think I get a double whammy - I exercise and get de-stressed with nature!0 -
There is nothing better than the post bikram yoga session feeling, even though I feel like its killing me all the way through the class I feel amazing afterwards and cant wait for my next session.
I am also a pole fitness instructor which is amazing for fitness and toning.0 -

Deep water aerobics. I work really hard from beginning to end and I can feel the strength building in my arms and legs. I'm limited in what types of workouts I can do because of a permanent knee injury and rehabbing a current hip condition.0

Mountain biking! I have so much fun that I don't even realize how hard I am pushing myself. Especially when I get back and see that my avg. speed was higher than last time.0

Zumba!!! I feel like I'm at the club even though I don't get to go often!0

I love to run, do yoga, and am currently in the middle of P90X! This post makes me want to jump right back into it - but I'm on a doctor-imposed hiatus until next Tuesday due to a tonsillectomy! Just wait - I'll be ripping it up then! I'm heading out today to buy new running shoes0
