Okay, so I visited the page that SteffieMark suggested and created my virtual before-and-after models. Well, the 203-lb. model looked exactly the same as the 180-lb. model. So, according to the model, I'll look exactly the same at my goal weight as I do today.
Boy, that sure was encouraging. :grumble:
I had the same thing. I made me a little more narrow but that's it. I went from 164 to 135 and not much difference. My gym use to use one and it was dramatic, wish I knew that one. Don't be discouraged, you would def look a lot different and be a lot healthier.0 -
That's really neat! Except my simulated before and after pics looked almost identical; it was a 20 lb difference. so maybe if the difference were more than 20 lbs, it would be more noticeable. It was fun to do anyhow!0
