30 Day Shred

What is it - I see people talking about it on here all the time. Is it something you follow on here or buy online?

Does it include diet or fitness?

It is a Jillian Michael's DVD you can buy anywhere (ebay, amazon, wal mart, etc.)

3 different workouts that you do 10 days before you move onto the next workout.

3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs. Repeat 3 times.

    Done in under 30 minutes!

It's a video from fitness trainer Jillian Michael's. You cna buy it from amazon or your local Barnes and Noble, but I've seen a lot of links on youtube for it.

Thanks for the info, I'll have a look into it.

Do people generally get great results, can it be at home or in the gym - also along with other exercise? At the moment I do some jogging and wouldn't want to give it up

I did Jillian's Ripped in 30 and also continued with my Zumba, gym sessions and aqua aerobics.

I've just started the 30ds and plan to continue with the same exercises as always. :)

Will let you know how it goes!

It is done at home. I did it and lost about 5 pounds, but I wish that I would have taken my measurements before I started. Most people that do it, say they lose inches. You don't have to give up your running. You could do it every other day. I really like Jillian's DVD'S because they are so inexpensive, yet they are so effective. Good luck!!
