Looking to get toned and fit?

Looking for young females to compare notes on meals and exercise with-
Not looking to necessarialy lose weight, but to tone up and get fit! Knowledge is power, lets learn what we can from eachother! Add me :)

  • I'm trying to also get toned and fit. By doing lots of strength training and cardio. Also by changing what I eat. It'd be awesome to have someone like you to be friends with :D

    I don't know what your definition of "young" is, but I'm 38 and I try to eat well and workout 6 days per week (3 cardio and 3 strength). If what I do is up your alley, send me a friends request and we can help/encourage/compare notes all day long!

    I'll send you a friend request. I'm 30, I've reached my weight loss goal, and am now focusing on strength training and fat loss. I've done Insanity and ChaLEAN Extreme, I run, and do a variation on Crossfit 4-5 days a week with my trainer. I'm currently reading New Rules of Lifting for Women and while I don't plan on following the workout schedule outlined in the book, I started following the dietary guidelines this past weekend and I'm loving it!
