Question: My probably area is my lower back and my and legs.. I’m working out but I’m only seeing slight results. I really hate that I let my legs go… But, I can’t cry about it now ,I’m just ready to get my legs back.



Does anyone have any advice or pictures that they can share???

    Cardio, Squats with weights and lunges would be my suggestions. Good luck!

    squats and lunges, planks (true story) and running hills and on sand!!! Think of strength training your legs as a double edged sexy sword, it makes your muscles all lean and shapes your legs so nice- and at the same time- scorches off the padding that keeps you from being able to see those lovely muscles now :D
