    Remember, now you need to transition to maintenance. Bring your calories up but be careful to find a good equilibrium point.

    You also have to serve a little time as an inspiration to the rest of us. :smile:

    How inspirational are YOU! I feel so overwhelmed and like I'll never get anywhere significant with my health. Stories like yours help me remember that normal people do this and succeed without spending hundreds of dollars on special programs. You look fantastic! And that pixie haircut is darling on you!
