    don't say "I hope" but say "I will" and picture yourself as the beautiful women you want to be and your body wil work with you the right way. You wil be there next year.

    You have done amazingly well and you are an inspiration to us all. When I joined in January, I set myself a target of 91lbs. I'm 35lbs down so far. Looking at your pics has given me the kick up the backside I need to keep going. BTW, I love the pic in the jeans! x
