    well definitely HappyBirthday to you!! Congratulations you look wonderful. you might lose a bit more if you change up your workouts?!!? And that is my goal as well to lose all this weight with no pills, diets eetc.... anything extreme i do not want . Just pure unadulterated muscle from blood(not so much) sweat and tears.

    It is realy a wonder, how you lost so much in a year. Congratulations! Did you make much sports or did you just stay on the 1200 calories? I try beside apple cider vinagre. Did you have a speacial trick?
