My name is Isak. I am female despite the name :) I just joined. I have tried dieting so many times I cannot compute the number. I hope very much I am successful this time :)

I live in the Cgo burbs. I am retired since June of last year and really enjoying it. My husband and I hope to move to TN in two years after he retires. My son, his wife and their baby are there already. My sister lives there as well.

That is a little about me. Glad to make your acquaintance :)
