    I think I'm going to give in to this hunger. It's pissing me off.

    Be right back, going to get some yogurt and smoke a cigarette.

    I regularly have a handful of walnuts or almonds before bed, natural, healthy food. Sometimes it is ok to focus on the nutrition in the food as opposed to the calories, I think. They haven't put weight on me anyways.

    Looked at your food diary, and even though dinner was good and full of protein, other snacks looked like higher calorie, less nutrient rich choices. My lunch today was a salad and soup combo that ended up at 620 calories- double what I usually eat, but less food. So I was super hungry. Try to find healthier foods that are lower in calories and definitely up the protein for the day. MFP has low protein goals, and going over on protein will not hurt you at all. Some protein intake recommendations are up to 1 gram per lb, and my setting is well under half that per day, so I am always over on it.
