What are the best exercises to thin the calves?

    You can't spot reduce. Unfortunately, your body lets the fat go from wherever it feels like.

    while Brenda is correct, you can't spot reduce, a lot of times calf muscles can be lengthened by doing a couple of things. First know that there is no quick fix to lengthening and defining muscle tone, so expect this to take at least about 6 months, but you can do stretching exercises to extend your calf muscles, like mountain climber stretches. Google calf stretches for a whole host of routines. Also yoga and pilates will help stretch and elongate the legs as well.
