NSV at the bowling league

I bowl every tuesday, well last night one of the other bowlers came up to me and said she noticed I was losing weight. She ask what kind of diet I was on. I told her I was doing MFP and i pulled up the iphone app to show her my diary for the day. I told her this works for me because I am eating most of my regular foods, just smaller portions and I eat back the calories I burn with exercise. Also, I have friends to help motivate me.
Now that the weather is getting warmer I think more people will notice because I will be wearing less clothing.
Thanks to everyone. This is a great way to lose weight and to stay healthy!

    Ive been noticing you've been kicking your workouts into high gear. And from the looks of things, its paying off for ya. Great to see that others are noticing your hard work too =)
