Last year in May, I started MyFitnessPal. Encouraged and excited, in little over a month I lost 15 pounds. It was great. Then summer hit and things slowed down drastically. I still logged in and went to the gym, but nothing changed. Then in late October of last year, I gave up. My lowest weight was 214 on the program, and highest was 229. Well as of today, I have regained it all back and more, weighing at 247.6. I am very upset but I hope to be back ASAP.
