    I have these too! mine aren't as pretty though, I just stuck sticky labels on and wrote on them
    but its great to see the pounds being transferred over

    I have one of these too! Totally awesome idea!! I ended up using 1 marble for 0.5lbs since you don't always lose things 1lb at a time!

    I've seen this on Pinterest and love the idea. I really like the 1/2 pound idea because let's face it - the weight loss Gods love torturing me.
