I forgot my morning snack, which is usually an apple. And its 9 am and I am already starving. Well, not actually starving obviously, but I feel it!
Can anyone suggest something I can get from a shop that will really help to fill me up and requires no preparation at all? There is a health food shop downstairs, and I'm sure I could get an apple somewhere but am not sure that will eb enough today!!

I've already had several large teas, I think I am genuinely hungry! I will see if I can find a trail mix bar though I don't actually know what one is! (I'm in the UK so thinking we may call it something else and off to google!). Don't think i'll be able to buy hard-boiled eggs though :laugh:0

Probably too late, but if you have large enough Boots you can get a Trek bar - really filling whole food energy bar. They're about £1.40 each but can go in the meal deal. About 200 calories but chock full of good stuff!0
