I just finished it last month... 30 days no breaks! I was so proud of myself for sticking to it.
I am on the Extreme Shed and Shred right now, but I can give advice... stick with it (you can do it), level two is the hardest, but three gets easier. Just keep telling yourself, it's only 20 minutes of intensity.

I got the Norwalk virus after my first four days of doing it :S... I restarted from the beginning when I was feeling better. I ffel your pain0 -

Level 1 Day 7 for me. I started it last tuesday and come thursday after only doing it two days in a row (I have been exercising for the last four months), my legs and butt were sooooo sore. Now I have four consecutive days in a row and feel great! It does get easier ladies! Stick with it!0
