    HEY GUYS MY NAME IS SHAN AND I'VE BEEN ON THIS WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY SINCE NOVEMBER 17TH 2011, AND SO FAR I HAVE LOSS 44 LBS (6 POUNDS AWAY FROM WHAT I PLANNED ON BEING AT THIS POINT IN MY JOURNEY BUT NONETHELESS I'VE LOSE A GOOD AMOUNT) ANY-WHO HERE IS THE BEFORE AND AFTER PIC LET ME KNOW WHAT U GUYS THINK AND IF U HAVE ANY TIPS ON STAYING MOTIVATED PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SHARE!!!!!!!!

    first pic is from the beginning of November at 358 and the second one is from the middle of march( and at the time of the pic i was 38 pounds down which was 320) Still a long way to go but i think this is a hell of a start :-) this is so great cause we know pics don't lie i run the other way when i see a camera can't wait to want to run toward it again way to work it and you do look so much younger and happy
