LOW CALORIE INTAKE.PLEASE HELP

I need help. i wake up late.like around 11pm and eat my first meal of the day around 1pm. but by the end of the day i have maybe only eaten 1000 calories for the day. i try to drink 8 glasses of water. which keeps me pretty full. but at the end of the day im not hungry,...well my question is ::is it bad to eat less than 1200 calories a day even though im not hungry..?
ps. when i do eat 1200 calories. i find myself feeling sluggush and lathargic, and eating when im not hungry just to get the calorie intake. THEN..maybe the next day or so i find myself eating because im bored/ or just because . also when i do eat 1200 caloies my stomach seems bigger the next day and it also reflects on the scale...any advice

    I asked about this earlier on my news feed.

    Try cooking with healthy oils to sneak in more calories. Incorporating more healthy fats in general will help.

    thanks for the advice. ive kinda been on a plateau, and just hope im not in starvation mode
