Your program already has you on a calorie reduced diet for all your data..height, age blah blah. The extra calories are earned, like a reward. If you didn't eat them you may end up with a plateau in your weight loss due to too few calories consumed! So enjoy your hard work! (with healthy snacks!)0

The other day i exercise and only ate the 1290 i had for the day and i felt like crap after i exercise... i thought i was going to pass out.... i learned you need those calories if you are going to be exerciseing your body needs them0
