Baked salmon and lima beans!! mmm I used to HATE salmon - fish in general. But idk - I tried it at Longhorn Steakhouse one night, and have been hooked ever since. Low calories and SO good for you!0

I'm having Ribeye Steak, with A1 and thick worchester sauce , Mashed potoes, broccoli and cauliflower florets.
Mine varies wildly. I've actually eaten steak (coincidentally) at nearly 11:00 PM before, it all depends on how my day has gone.0 -
We normally eat around 6-6:30 pm.
Tonight we had Rotisserie Chicken, instant mashed potatoes and corn.
Yesterday we had ground turkey tostadas with mashed black beans instead of refried beans and avocado mashed up. Yummy!!!0 -

The very last thing I'll eat before bed will probably be a chocolate oddwalla bar, so long as I have enough calories left.0 -

I try to eat my last meal before 8:00 pm.
I read somewhere that your metabolism shuts down after that time.
