    Only 3 weeks here and down 4.5. I have 37 to go :happy:

    I set a goal of 60 lbs on January 5th. 60 lbs would put me around 155 - just out of the "overweight" category. So anyway, I will probably try to lose more than that, but initially, I'm going for 60.

    As of this morning, I've lost 29 lbs so far - thiiiiiis close to the 1/2 way mark.


    You CAN do it! I have to think about it EVERY day and plan ahead. But I feel great, am looking better, and am totally motivated to lose the other 30!

    A week and a half into this, I'm down 4 pounds. 66 pounds left to lose.
    A few years ago I lost about 90 pounds. I've since gained most of them back. Wasn't really happy about that. Now that I have joined MFP, I am becoming accountable for what I eat. If i don't like how it looks on the food chart, I shouldn't be eating it. I'm working on better food choices. As for Excercise, I go to the YMCA at least 4 times a week. I get 30-45 minutes of cardio in before strength training.
