Really need to get to my 140lbs target by the 1st of October, i want my final year at university to be the best one! If anyone else is in a similar position to me or is of similar stats please feel free to add me. I hope to be pretty vocal on this site, so i'll look forwards to some healthy contributions.
Good luck!

I'm in the exact same boat! 5'9.5" (yes, I'll take the 1/2 inch!), CW=181. GW=140. I know it is doable, I was just under 140 about 6 years ago.
Do you have a timeline in mind for reaching your goal?0 -
I'm same CW and GW as you but two inches shorter. 5'7". Just started last week and am down a pound. Could use some support too as I have a hard time staying motivated.0

Hi to all the tall ladies, Just wanted to tell you that you can def make it to 140. I'm 5'9" as well and 140 is a great goal weight. I've maintained between 135 - 145 for about 14 years now. I was a lot heavier when I was younger.0
-
I am 5 9.5 and currently weigh 185... (start weight was 242) Goal weight is 170 lbs, because it puts me at a healthy BMI. But I plan on continuing to lose weight/gain muscle beyond that amount.0

I started at 165 pounds and am now 159. I too am about 5 ft 9. It's slow going - and the weather is just starting to get cold over here so I want to eat lots : )
It's great to track others and be part of a community of people all motivating each other to succeed. I want to lose this pretty bad - I've always been just a bit too heavy .. so here goes!
I'm 45 - anyone want to be my friend?0 -
