I'm still not quite where I want to be, but I thought the difference was pretty noticeable when looking at some pictures. The left is from about a month ago (I've been in a bit of a stall lately), and the one on the right is from late Nov 2011. I haven't take any measurements, but went from 36 waist jeans to 34.
