How to log walking in place?

I get home late every night and nowadays I've had no energy to do strenuous exercise. I also dearly want to watch TV, so I began walking in place at what I think is moderate pace of 3mph. Do I log it as simply walking, or do I take off calories? I walk holding/using my 3lb weights for the most part and for about an hour.
