How to log walking in place?

websites appear to be giving me different answers....
I get home late every night and nowadays I've had no energy to do strenuous exercise. I also dearly want to watch TV, so I began walking in place at what I think is moderate pace of 3mph. Do I log it as simply walking, or do I take off calories? I walk holding/using my 3lb weights for the most part and for about an hour.

To count my steps and calories burned I downloaded some apps like nike+gps or Pedometer for the ipod and thats what I use.. Hopefully that helps!:drinker:0
