Dumb question, maybe.
If I've drank my 8x8 for that day of water, but work out for 45 minutes... I need to drink more water, right?

I would think so due to water loss during exercise. In my opinion the more water the better0

It's a personal preference. Some people don't feel that they need to drink water after a workout others do. It's up to you and your body, if you feel you need to then drink.0
