I think almonds are my Secret Weapon Food. I snack on almonds and the Binge Monster stays at bay. Skip almonds and I turn into Chris Farley in that sketch on SNL when he's dressed as an overweight woman on a diet shoveling fries in her mouth. "LAY OFF ME I'M STARVING!" OMNOMNOMNOM

No sugar added fudge pops. Only 40 calories for a great chocolate fix.
Light string cheese and carrots. Maybe grape too. Opps I am hungry so I may just start naming foods I wish I could eat right now.0 -

Nature Valley Strawberry yoghurt bars, or activia yoghurt. Maybe green apples? I spend all day snacking, and these are my main choices.0

oikos greek yogurts hands down is the best. also, 1/2 cup chocolate soy milk can keep me going for hours.0

Celery, I'm always munching on a stalk or 2. Also herbal teas. I find they can just hit that spot.0

Chocolate PB2 mixed with about a tbs of 2% milk and a little fat free cool whip. This soothes the late night snack monster.0

Yoghurt covered Apricot museli bars!! Delicious and guilt free =p0

Homemade popcorn. Very filling and low calorie.
ETA: also, 80-cal snack cheeses. For some reason those really take the edge off.0 -
Rolled oats and ground flax in the morning.0

Chobani Greek Yogurt - lots of flavors, low calorie and high protein. Perfect snack and also satisfies a dessert craving.0

Tangelos. I get two baskets of them every week at the Farmer's Market. They are super sweet. I eat one when I get sugar cravings and it keeps me on track. I go nuts if I don't have them in my house.0

Chobani, granny smith apples, ruby red grapefruit, protein bars I've been making from the pulp from my veggie/fruit juicing, Pumpkin seeds in the shell, pistachios.... beef jerky...cauliflower, sugar snap peas and radishes... these are my current favorites....
and when i want a chocolate fix..a tbsp of special dark chocolate chips0 -
pretzel sticks... you get to eat a lot of them for not many calories, and they're salty, so they really satisfy this salty-snack-loving gal keeps me from going to the convenience store and getting chips. the pretzels have the same effect on my husband, too, so we've started trying to keep them on hand more.
i also like the vegan boca burgers. very satisfying, quick to prepare, and only 70 calories. i eat them as snacks.0 -
Celery stalk y Laughing Cow light cream swiss (35 cals. per wedge)... fills me up and doesn't wreck my diet.0
