Hi Everyone!

I've been on here for a while but only really started using it properly this past week and have lost 4lb already!

Last January I weighed 14st and managed to get down to 10st, but a new relationship and lots of food with no trips to the gym had brought me back up to 11st 3lb. At 5'3" that makes me unhappy so I've been tracking everything I do and eat through here and hitting the gym as much as I can and it's starting to show, even after just one week!

The only thing missing is buddies around me to help motivate me so please add me so we can help each other!
