    I started at about the same place, and I am down to 231, it feels like it's taking forever! I've been getting serious about it the past few weeks, but I want to see progress faster. I suppose I have to get used to the fact that it's going to take awhile. Thanks for posting this, it's so good to know that it's possible!

    That is truly amazing....you must have busted some *kitten* along the way for that....I plan to get there..I weigh 220 and plan to get down to 150 since I am 5 feet 7 inches tall but I am sure....once I am there I will wanna get sculpted and leaner. :) This is motivation. You look phenomenonal.
