NSV- I finally reached my goal !!!! (with pics)

:happy: This week I finally reached my goal....After 7 years, 2 babies and alot of sweat and tears, I have finally arrived! I started off at 185 lbs on MFP (195 before joining) and today I weigh 132.6 lbs. My inital goal was a weight of 125lbs but this week I realized that 132.6 is the new 125 lbs for me. Let me explain.... 7 years ago when I got married I weighed 125lbs and was a size five. Today I finally fit into my wedding dress the smallest tightest dress I have ever owned. It was my initial goal, and I realized today in my NSV that the scale doesn't always show that. So today I wanted to share this with all of you.

I have learned a healthy life style and have learned to love exercise. I am and will always be an MFP member for life. This journey has taught me self discipline and that hard work can go a long way. Through a healthy diet and exercise you can transform your body into something amazing

I have also learned to not put as much importance on the scale but to listen to my body and its needs.

Thank you MFP and all my MFP friends for the tools and support that I needed!!!

Now on to phase 3..... maintenance, toning and transforming my body and bringing down body fat percentage
