Saturday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: The 100 workout

• 100 jumping jacks
• 90 crunches
• 80 squats
• 70 leg lifts
• 60 jumping jacks
• 50 crunches
• 40 squats
• 30 leg lifts
• 20 jumping jacks
• 10 minute jog/run


My challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as calisthenics. Also, you can modify them if you need to for medical reasons but the basic form must stay the same. In other words if we are doing a leg challenge you can't do that exercise for some reason try to make sure your alternate exercise works the legs in some way.

    This sounds like an after work type of activity. Unless I got up two hours ago. Which, I did not.

    Do you post these everyday?? And the leg lifts, are those laying on back lifting legs? Both at same time?? And do you do this at one time, or just make sure you get it done through out the day/??

    Replaced the squats for deadlifts.
    First time did the 10 minute jog in one go.

    I did it! I jogged in place for 10 minutes so I could watch the Bruins but I got everything done. That kicked my butt pretty good!

    Holy crap I did it. Skipping the jogging, going to go for a longer relaxed stroll instead.

    I got mine done. I did one extra on everything and did my jog on an elliptical.
