First mini goal was to lose 10lbs from my SW (196lbs)

Well, today I done that and more! 184lbs now!! Which also means ..

I am only 2lbs away from my next mini goal of losing a stone!

I also started out with a 34" or 36" waist (can't remember which one), and now it's 31.5"! Hips lost half an inch and are now 46.5".

NSVs abound - even just yesterday, a rather sexy co-worker mentioned my weight loss and said he can definitely see it.

Every day I notice the changes in my body and it brings me great joy. My skin has started shining, my hair is co-operating and my facial features are coming out. I feel pretty for the first time in MONTHS, maybe even a year! I am no longer hiding my body in drab clothes, or unable to take pictures of myself because I'm ashamed.

    Thank you so much! I can't wait to see me at goal weight either! Every week I get excited at the changes and then, by the time the next week comes, I realise I look way better than last week! It just gets better and better. And thanks again. I LOVE Lauren Hill. She's my idol :love:

    Thank you! I will def keep updating every time I achieve a goal. I change my profile stats and message line every time I lose weight though.

    No workout for now! Was doing 30DS for like a week but gave it up due to a combination of laziness and knee trouble.
