Gluten Free?

Tryin the gluten free, per Dr. suggestion for hubby... runs in the family. Is there anyone out there that has changed the way they eat for this reason? Could use some ideas to get us started. Much appreciated. the web sights make my head swim at this starting point. Thanks bunches

    my sister has a gluten allergy, so I've had quite a bit of experience cooking for her. basically, anything you like there will be a sub for. i would always just google it based on the situation


    there should be a gluten free section at your grocery store with pastas, pretzels, crackers and things like that (the gluten free pretzels taste identical as far as i'm concerned).


    what sort of foods do you guys enjoy? you can add me if you like. :)
