    Good for you,,,,,,,you look great , I hope I can do the same, I have to stay off of the scale I get pissed when I only lose a pound after a week of eating good and working out , I do better if I weigh myself every 6 weeks

    Way to gooooo!!! I am so proud of you!! My son lost 150 pounds in 11 months and I am so proud of him so I was convinced to try this program which is really easy because it does all the figuring for you and makes you realize how much you put in your mouth.

    Again...congrats!!! I am proud of you!!!

    This is the first before and after that I have seen that has REALLY given me motivation. I mean, the others do but I started the same as you, I mean with the same body shape. I still have a way to go but your after is showing me that I can do it. Way to go! You look fabulous!
