30 day shred

My wife and i are thinking of starting the 30 day shred. My question is do i need any weights for this program? If so what weights are best for women and men to use?

    i just completed day 17 of 30DS and i can already tell a difference. its recommended to use a mat if on a hard floor and use a set of hand weights. i use 5 lb weights just bc thats what i have already. its awesome and you should definitely do it!

    Depending on the exercise, I use 3#, 5#, or 8# weights.

    Me and my mom use 3 pound weights and the lateral lunge with a shoulder raise still kills us & we did two extra days on level 1!

    Not really, just make sure there's room for jumping jacks and dumbbell flys!
