my recipe for protein brownies if you care to try it out

"Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Nut Brownie/Cookie bars"
    "Pre Heat oven 365"
    "2 - Egg Whites"
"Baking powder & Baking Soda - roughly a teaspoon give or take Crushed up walnuts can add almonds or other nutss if you like coco powder ( unsweetened ) approx 1 tablespoon"
    "1 ounce of oats"
"Sweetner ( splenda, stevia ) amount is up to you how sweet you want it"
"Peanut Butter - amount is up to taste"
"Protein Powder - big scoup use one if its the smaller scoups 1 1/2 -2"
"I used chocolate but can use vanilla or what protein powder you use. Milk or soy milk just a splash."
    "Mix Together"
"if its to liquidy add in more protein powder or oats"
"bake for 6 to 15 minutes depending on how thick you have them."

This sounds interesting. I might try it out, without the chocolate.

I only use 1/2 a scoop of the protein powder with a cup of almond milk, a cup of cold water, 1 tablespoon of PB2, and 5-6 ice cubes. Only 148 calories! Blend for about 1 minute. LOVE!

    Protein Oatmeal Clusters
Ingredients: 1.5 c. Rolled Oats, 1tbsp vanilla extract, 1tbsp Peanut butter, 3 scoops Whey Vanilla, 3 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce, 1/2 tsp baking powder & 1 tsp coco powder

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile, combine all dry ingredients; Oats, whey, coco powder and baking powder. Then add vanilla extract, apple sauce and peanut butter. Gently press mixture until a dough-like texture forms. * Add in a touch of water if it's still a little dry.
    2. Spray pan and use ice cream scoop to scoop out little balls from mixture and place on pan.
    3. Place in oven for 7-9 mins (not over 10 mins, that'll over bake them). Let cool and enjoy!

    going to try these now~
