I like to write and draw, but only for fun. I'm not the best, but I'm not the worst, either.
I also like to play video games and wander around campus (but only if the weather decides to be nice!).
Finally, I like to talk to my friends and my mom. My mom is the sweetest person EVER - she always listens to me and has really good advice.

I either practice a new song I need to learn. (Country music singer.) Or I curl up with a good book and read. No none of those trashy romance novels, I'm a Stephen King, Dean Koontz kinda gal lol. Oh and paint my nails too.0

I draw, listen to ambient trance, sing loudly to songs from the 80s or hard rock... hmm, pet my cats. If I'm really super stressed, I just take a shower and have a good sob-session-- feel like a million bucks after (and need a nap. lol)0

Ride my bike, hot bath, bake, sleep.0

If I'm really stressed out, which is very, very rare, I'll workout.
Listening to music, reading and learning relax me as well.0 -

Taking a nap
Taking a walk (to reflect)
Listen to music (and dance around)

I channel all my stress, frustration, anger etc. into helping me to push passed my mental/physical limits as I workout. I always feel 100% better afterward.0

Depending on the circumstances and/or time of day, and/or day of week:
Prayer and meditation
music - Christian Contemporary - I usually have alot of drive time during the workday (field service) , so I usually have lots of listening time. That's good, because it helps me keep balanced and focused.
Reading the message boards here to see if there is anyone I can offer some help to.
Spending quality time with my sweetheart, whether it be perusing MFP on different computers together, or watching a movie, or other things.
Oddly enough, I find cooking destressing also.0 -
I like to say obnoxious things to people on the internet.0

Me too. Try this sometime: On Yahoo!, they allow readers to post comments after news articles or whatever. Go on there and write a bunch of snarky replies to the moronic comments. It'll make you feel better. :laugh:0 -
