    Wow! That is very inspiring. I keep going back and forth on doing a 5k. I need to find motivation and the confidence in myself. This certainly helped!!!

    Well done! I've just finished the Couch to 5k program but still only clocking 4.6k in my 30 minute run. I'm doing a 5k in May so hearing your story is great! :)

    This just inspired me SO much... I literally walked/jogged my first 5K Charity Event today and this gives me hope that I'll do so much better in my next race. Even though this one was more of a walk event, I wanted to run the last lap and pushed myself to complete it.

    Now I have something awesome to look forward to! :flowerforyou:

    Congratulations! Awesome job! You look great! It was a great cause that you ran for. Brought tears to my eyes as I read the story. I work in the Intensive Care Unit at a Children's Hospital. I see way to many parents suffer to watch them lose a child.
