The best that I have found to eat occassionaly are skinny cow ice cream sandwiches and bars. They range fron 70-150 calories. Like them as an occassional treat.0

Freeze a banana, then whip it up in your blender - take a bit but it has the texture of ice cream.0

If you really want to max out your sweet tooth, try 1/2 cup of low fat vanilla frozen yogurt with a Tbsp or so of honey drizzled over the top. Not calorie free, but super satisfying.0

The weight watchers ice creams are also very good. Most of them are 150 cals or less I think.
Also, I need to try this whole frozen grapes thing.. sounds awesome.0 -
Yes, I was going to say some kind of frozen fruit or Skinny cow. I LOVE skinny cow. I'd recommend the strawberry cheesecake cup (150 cals). It really does taste like it, not like those tasteless/bland "diet" things0

^This is what I was going to say, but you could also add a spoon full of peanut butter or nutella when blending. So yummy!!0 -
Fudgsicle brand sugar free fudge bars! 40 calories for one individual wrapped bar. That's what I usually have but even if you have 2, 80 calories is great for a big ice cream bar!0

I agree with Skinny Cow! Don't know if you have Publix where you live, but they are buy one get one free this week.0
