So, my daily calorie goal is 1200 but today I went to the movies and sorta went crazy on those movie snacks and now my calories are up to 1800. My question is, is this going to cause any weight gain? Also, How many calories can I eat if I'm trying to just maintain my weight. I'm 22 y/o 5'4'' and 132lbs.

If you are on 1lb a week loss, you can go over 500 calories a day without gaining.
If it's half a pound, 250. If 1.5lb, 750.0 -
any caloric surplus is going to cause weight gain. that does not mean it will be visible but its nothing to get excited about.. having a surplus in calories has metabolic advantages so it can be a good thing just dont over eat consistently and you will be fine.0
