If you're talking the instant side of Netflix, a few ideas might be:

    1. Mad Men
    2. How I Met Your Mother
    3. Frasier
    4. Wire in the Blood
    5. Days and Clouds, if you like foreign films
    6. Lie to Me
    7. Good Will Hunting
    8. From Paris with Love (Travolta action film)

They have a lot of workouts to choose from. I get dvd's by mail, I don't watch on my computer. It's a great way to try workouts, instead of buying DVDs only to find out later that you hate the instructor.

    Rocky 1-4

If you're going to do Rocky movies, you should include Rocky Balboa, from a couple years ago.

I'd add Fat Head. Watching that movie is what got me on my current weight loss trip.

    Walking Dead series
    Doc Martin (BBC)

There's a National Geographic documentory about walking The Appalachian Trail on Netflix. I enjoyed that. I would like to walk part of the AT someday.

I watch mostly TV series. Star Trek, Star Trek TNG, maybe Mythbusters every once and awhile. Classic TV I used to watch as a kid like The Munsters, etc.

I keep Netflix because of the foreign horror movie selection!
    Check out Chan-Wook Park

Will look out for that one!

I do watch a few series as well: How I Met Your Mother and Archer. I'd like to start Dr. Who this summer!

I like to watch the foreign movies. The Chinese actually put out some really good movies with great story and characters that are very engaging even when reading subtitles. Excellent choices: "Raise the Red Lantern", "Eat, Drink, Man, Woman" (much better than Tortilla Soup) and "The Road Home" is a really beautiful love story.
